Name: Parveen Mulla Position: Customer Service Advisor Location: Mortgage Lending Helpdesk, Leeds Head Office

Parveen started with the Society in May 2005 and has enjoyed her induction and training. Parveen is a graduate with previous face to face customer services skills, she now deals with customer enquiries via telephone on post mortgage completions. During her training over 3-4 weeks Parveen would assist the team with administration duties, listen to customer calls and practice using the in house system.

Parveen says:

“When I first started there was so much to learn and so many new faces, everyone is friendly and helped out. The induction day was good as you get to interact with other new starters and learn about the Society. With all the learning I had to do in my first week I got to work 10am –4pm what a bonus!”
