Your House - Refreshingly simple home protection

Suitable if your home has no more than four bedrooms and is of standard construction. If you’re not sure of the value of your contents but think £55,000 will be enough to replace them, Your House could be the ideal choice for you.

Your House is a simple straightforward product, but that doesn’t mean it’s basic! A number of additional options are available.

Your House includes optional protection for:

Damage to buildings – up to the full amount insured
Personal belongings – you’ll enjoy cover while you’re out of your home, even if you’re abroad!
Additional accidental damage – extending your home contents cover to include carpets, furniture and household appliances.

Home Plus - Flexible home protection for people who know how much cover they want
If you want to choose your own level of cover, because you are setting up home for the first time or have a larger home with valuable items or collections, Home Plus has been designed with you in mind.

Home Plus allows you to pick exactly the level of cover and options you want. This can include:

Damage to the contents of your home – up to the full amount insured
Accidental damage to televisions, stereos and home computers
Cover for contents temporarily removed from your home
Buildings only option
Contents placed in outbuildings
Replacement locks
Spoilage of food in your freezer
