§ Gross means the interest rate payable before the deduction of income tax. † AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and illustrates what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and added each year. *Tax-Free means that interest payable is exempt from income tax.

Mortgage applicants must be 18 years or over. Mortgages are subject to eligibility, status and financial standing.
